|Low fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2% Milk Fat)|
|Coffee liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||1 Teaspoon|
1) Place 2 6-ounce glasses inside refrigerator to chill.
2) In a 2-cup liquid measure or small bowl add all the ingredients.
3) Combine all by stirring until sugar is dissolved.
4) Pour the drink in chilled glasses and garnish with cocoa powder, if desired.
