Espresso Cream

Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sweet cooking chocolate square 9
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Instant espresso coffee 4 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Whipping)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium saucepan, mix water, chocolate, cinnamon stick and sugar and heat slowly, stirring all the while till chocolate melts
2. Stir in coffee till it dissolves completely, throw the cinnamon stick away
3. In a small bowl, beat the cream till stiff and spoon into the demitasses

SERVING
4. Pour hot coffee mixture into each of the demitasses, sprinkel ground cinnamon on top and serve hot
