Maple Nut Coffee Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
  Coffee ice cream 2 Pint
  Mixed nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), salted, coarsely chopped
  Amber maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Medium To Dark, Warmed)
  Rolled wafer cookies 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. With chopped salted mixed nuts top 2 scoops of coffee ice cream and drizzle over nuts and ice cream with warm maple syrup.

SERVING
2. To serve, garnish with rolled wafer cookies.
