Mocha With Whipped Cream
|Bittersweet chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot double strength black coffee||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Whipped cream||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
1) In top of double boiler over hot and not boiling water, melt chocolate with water.
2) Remove it from heat and whisk until it slightly thickens.
3) Slowly add hot coffee, while mixing rapidly and constantly.
4) Add sugar for sweetening and add more if desired.
5)Pour into heated mugs and garnish with dollop of whipped cream before serving.
