Liege Waffles With Berries And Whipped Cream
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Belgian waffle mix||16 Ounce (Prepared To Package Directions For 2 Large Waffles)|
|Sugar cubes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Strawberries||1⁄2 Pint, sliced|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
1. Heat waffle iron.
2. Prepare waffle mix for 2 large waffles, 4 quarters each.
3. To a large food storage bag add sugar and with a small heavy skillet or mallet crush cubes.
4. To prepared batter add crushed cubes
5. With melted butter brush iron, add waffle mix and cook to waffle iron directions.
6. Serve as desired.
