Beef Or Veal Strips In Sour Cream

|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Large Sized)|
|Cooked beef/3 cups julienne strips of veal/pot roast||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Julienne Strips)|
|Spaghetti sauce/11 ounce with mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot buttered noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. In large frying pan, sauté onion in butter or margarine, add meat such that they brown lightly.
2. Stir in spaghetti sauce, simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in sour cream and heat just to boil.
3. Serve over buttered hot noodles.
