|Cottage cheese||8 Ounce|
|Dried apricots/8 ounce tinned, drained apricots and 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice||4 Ounce, soaked overnight in 1/2 pint tinned orange juice|
|Canned orange juice||1⁄2 Pint (For Soaking Dried Apricots)|
|Soft brown sugar/Castor sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Sugared almonds||1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (Use A Few)|
1) In a liquidizer, blend cheese, apricots and sugar.
2) Alternatively in a bowl, collect a mashed mixture of apricots and cheese by passing them through a nylon sieve.
3) Add in sugar and pour the cream in glass dishes or cups to chill.
4) Serve cold garnished with sugared almonds.
