Apricot Cream

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce
  Dried apricots/8 ounce tinned, drained apricots and 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice 4 Ounce, soaked overnight in 1/2 pint tinned orange juice
  Canned orange juice 1⁄2 Pint (For Soaking Dried Apricots)
  Soft brown sugar/Castor sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Sugared almonds 1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (Use A Few)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a liquidizer, blend cheese, apricots and sugar.
2) Alternatively in a bowl, collect a mashed mixture of apricots and cheese by passing them through a nylon sieve.
3) Add in sugar and pour the cream in glass dishes or cups to chill.

SERVING
4) Serve cold garnished with sugared almonds.
