Almond Cream Mold

Ingredients
  Almond cream 3 Ounce
  Honey/Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Pint
  Gelozone 4 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Orange flower water 1 Tablespoon
  Blanched almonds 1 Ounce
  Glace cherries 4
Directions

MAKING
1) To make almond milk, warm together almond cream, honey and 1/2 pint water after beating well.
2) Bring a mixture of Gelozone and 1/2 pint cold water to a boil.
3) Cool the mixture after simmering for 3 minutes.
4) Pour in almond milk and orange flower water, if desired.
5) Take a wet bowl or mould; pour the mixture into it and refrigerate to chill.
6) Transfer to a glass dish and decorate with almonds and halved cherries.

SERVING
7) Serve cold in the glass dish along with a fruit syrup of hoice.
