Peaches and Cream Frozen
|Peaches||1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen, Thawed)|
|Cream sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nonfat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strawberries||8 (For Garnish)|
|Mint leaves||4 (For Garnish)|
1) In a blender or food processor, puree peaches by adding cream sherry and honey.
2) Add yogurt and evaporated milk to stir in.
3) Use ice-cream maker to freeze into ice-cream as per the manufacturer's directions.
4) Serve cold with garnish of strawberries or mint leaf.
