Peaches And Cream Frozen

Ingredients
  Peaches 1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen, Thawed)
  Cream sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Strawberries 8 (For Garnish)
  Mint leaves 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender or food processor, puree peaches by adding cream sherry and honey.
2) Add yogurt and evaporated milk to stir in.
3) Use ice-cream maker to freeze into ice-cream as per the manufacturer's directions.

SERVING
4) Serve cold with garnish of strawberries or mint leaf.
