Chicken Livers In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Take chicken livers; wash them well.
2.Prick them using a fork and once done keep aside.

MAKING
3.In an 8 inch square glass baking dish, heat butter and onions without covering for 3 minutes at High so that the onion softens.
4.Put chicken livers and mix well.
5.Secure the dish with a waxed paper sheet ad heat for 9-10 minutes at High in Microwave oven.
6.Stir the livers well until cooked.
7.Make a mixture of sour cream, wine, salt and pepper and put it into the dish.
8.Add parsley and heat at a serving temperature of 1 minute on high.

SERVING
9.Toss the chicken livers in sour cream over rice and serve.
