1. Chill electric mixer beaters thoroughly.
2. Take a mixing bowl, add evaporated skim milk, place in the freezer and allow to chill till ice crystals start forming on milk.
3. Using the chilled beaters, whip the milk vigorously to triple the volume and turns creamy.
4. Use as desired.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice per cup of milk to increase the whipping pace.
