Sour Cream Puffs
|Flour||7 1⁄4 Cup (116 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sesame seed||1 Ounce (for sprinkling)|
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; cut in shortening.
Add sour cream; mix well.
Pat dough out on floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut into 6 to 8 biscuits.
Place biscuits over beef mixture; sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
