Apricot Cream Filling

A mouthwatering combination of apricot, cream and ladyfingers, this apricot cream dessert is simply out of this world. Try it!! This is one of my favorite quick and easy anytime dessert.
Ingredients
  Baby food apricots 13 Ounce
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), whipped
  Ladyfingers 1 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine apricots, lemon juice, and sugar.
2) In another bowl, add 3 tablespoons cold water and add in the gelatin to soften.
3) Add into hot water till dissolved.
4) Mix together the gelatin and apricot mix and cool.
5) Gently fold in the cream.
6) Add the ladyfingers into serving dishes and add the cream mix over.
7) Refrigerate till set.

SERVING
8) Serve chilled.
