Flavored Mock Cream
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Castor sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Blend cornflour smoothly with a little milk, add remainder of milk.
Stir continuously until boiling and simmer for 3 minutes.
Allow to become cold.
Beat butter to soft cream and gradually add sugar, beating until soft, white and fluffy.
Gradually add cornflour mixture and beat until smooth and well mixed.
Flavourings: Vanilla or other essence; grated lemon or orange rind, passionfruit pulp.
