Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 454 Gram
  Ground veal 345 Gram
  Lean ground pork 225 Gram
  Eggs 2
  Soda cracker crumbs 250 Milliliter
  Sour cream 250 Milliliter
  Chopped parsley 80 Milliliter
  Chopped chives 45 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Chervil leaves 3 Milliliter
  Basil leaves 3 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Cracked black pepper 4 Milliliter
  Mornay sauce 125 Milliliter
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Line a large loaf pan with tin foil.
Pack the mixture into the pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn loaf out, remove the foil wrap.
Slice and serve.
