Whipped Cream Chocolate Filling

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce
  Confectionery sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) (10X Sugar)
Directions

After melting butter and chocolate, cool slightly and add cream and sugar.
Beat until thick and smooth.
Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.
