Ingredients
  Cold heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Very Cold)
  Sugar/1/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla/1/4 teaspoon almond / maple / peppermint extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat cream in a chilled bowl until frothy; slowly beat in sugar and flavoring and continue beating until soft, glossy peaks form, scraping bowl often.
If you must delay using it, refrigerate, then beat lightly with a wire whisk just before using.
