Yellow Squash With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Yellow squash 5 Pound (Tender Variety)
  White onion 1 Large, chopped
  Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Sticks)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Progresso Redi Flavored)
  Sour cream 16 Ounce (2 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Chop squash and cook slowly with onion, butter, sugar, salt and pepper until squash is very tender and done.
Shorly before serving add bread crumbs.
Only slightly stir in sour cream.
Place in baking dish or pan and sprinkle more crumbs over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Serves 10.
Freezes well.
