Yellow Squash With Sour Cream
|Yellow squash||5 Pound (Tender Variety)|
|White onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Sticks)|
|Breadcrumbs||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Progresso Redi Flavored)|
|Sour cream||16 Ounce (2 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)|
Chop squash and cook slowly with onion, butter, sugar, salt and pepper until squash is very tender and done.
Shorly before serving add bread crumbs.
Only slightly stir in sour cream.
Place in baking dish or pan and sprinkle more crumbs over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
