Sour Cream Mayonnaise Dressing
|Mayonnaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Hot water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar/Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Paprika pepper||2 Teaspoon|
Beat the mayonnaise with the hot water, then beat in the sour cream until the mixture becomes creamy.
Add the vinegar or lemon juice, sugar and paprika and continue beating for a further 2 minutes.
Serve chilled with lettuce and Belgian endive salad, fish salad, egg salad, smoked salmon and mushroom salad.
