Simple Sour Cream Cornbread

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Yellow Or White)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients, just enough to blend well.
Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve piping hot with butter, jelly, jam,ormaple syrup.
