Dove In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Dove 12
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Oil/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 4
  Beef stock/Chicken stock / water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
MAKING
2) Begin by seasoning the dove with salt and pepper and rolling it in the flour
3) In a skillet, add oil and brown the dove
4) In a baking dish, place bacon and place the dove on top of it
5) Slide it into the oven and bake for 350 degrees for about an hour
6) Pour sour cream onto the baked dove and bake for another 10 minutes
SERVE
7) Serve hot
