Pork Fillet In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Pork fillet 1 1⁄2 Pound
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Trim excess fat from pork.
Cut into 2-inch cubes.
Blend flour, salt, marjoram, and pepper.
Mix with pork.
Brown on all sides in hot shortening.
Add hot water.
Cook, covered, over low heat for i hour, adding more water if necessary.
Add sour cream.
Heat through thoroughly but do not boil.
Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
