Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Sour Cream
|Macaroni||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water according to package directions until barely tender.
Return to saucepan.
Add sour cream, cheese, and milk; mix well.
Turn into a small greased baking dish; sprinkle on paprika.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes.
