Herring In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Herring in wine sauce 2 Pound (1 Jar)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Bermuda onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Carrot 1 , grated
Directions

Drain herring and discard the onion from the jar.
Add remaining ingredients to herring and refrigerate for several hours.
