Quick and simple to cook, this Horseradish Cream is sweetened with cream and frozen to give it a soft mush. This tastes best when served with roasted recipes.
|Sweet cream||1 Pint|
|Horseradish||2 Tablespoon, grated|
1. In a bowl, beat the cream.
2. Blend in the horseradish.
3. Place it in the freezer to turn it into a soft mush.
4. Serve Horseradish Cream garnished with chopped chives.
