Whipped Tofu Cream

Ingredients
  Tofu 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soymilk 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the ingredients and blend thoroughly.
2) Place the bowl inside refrigerator for at least an hour to chill.

SERVING
3) Use this frosting as the non-dairy topping for cakes, pies and puddings.
