Peach Cream

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Ginger 1 Dash
  Canned peach halves 29 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 1Pound, 13 Ounce)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint
  Whipped cream 2 Tablespoon
  Rum 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a baking dish, add butter to melt down for 15 seconds.
2) Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the baking dish.
3) Cook this for a minute, stir well and cook for another 30 seconds.
4) Fold in peaches.
5) Cover with lid and cook for 4 minutes.

FINALIZING
6) In each dish, arrange the hot peaches. Place a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream on top.

SERVING
7) Drizzle in few drops of rum before serving.
