Melon with Cream Fluff
|Soft style cream cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Poppy seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cantaloupe melon/Honeydew melon||1 Medium, seeded, and cut into 8 wedges|
|Kiwi fruit slices||4|
In a small mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, honey, milk, and poppy seed, if desired.
Cover and chill till serving time.
Peel melon and arrange 2 melon wedges on each of 4 lettuce-lined plates.
Dollop each serving with cheese mixture.
Top with kiwi fruit.
