Sour Cream Potato Patties

Ingredients
  Shredded cooked potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add enough sour cream to make a soft dough, as for biscuits.
Roll to 1/8 inch thickness on floured board.
Cut with floured 2-inch cutter.
Fry in small amount of hot fat in skillet until golden brown on both sides and done.
