Sour Cream Cabbage
|Butter/Margarine /fat /salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), peeled, minced|
|Finely shredded green cabbage||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
Melt butter in large, covered skillet; then saute garlic in it over low heat for 5 min.
Add cabbage and boiling water.
Cover, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer 8-15 min., or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, combined.
Toss, and serve.
