Haddock In Cream

Ingredients
  Haddock fillet 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Parsley 1
  Paprika 1
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 3 Small
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wipe haddock with damp cloth and place in baking dish.
Mix lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper together and pour over haddock.
Add onions and cream.
Bake in hot oven (400°F.) about 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and sprinkle with paprika.
For 6.
Add 1/2 cup chopped celery and I tablespoon chopped green pepper, omit pepper listed.
