Ginger Cream

Ingredients
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ice 1 Tablespoon
  Dry ginger ale 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pale Colored, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Mix together cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
Put an equal amount of this mixture into each of 3 tall glasses.
Add ice and fill the glasses with ginger ale.
Stir and serve immediately.
