|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry ginger ale||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pale Colored, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Mix together cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
Put an equal amount of this mixture into each of 3 tall glasses.
Add ice and fill the glasses with ginger ale.
Stir and serve immediately.
