|Ripe mango/14 ounce canned mango flesh||2 , chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Double cream||8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)|
|Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Mango slices||4 (To Garnish)|
1. If using fresh mangoes peel and cut flesh into large cubes. Place mango flesh and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
2. Place cream and icing sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until soft peaks form. Fold mango puree into cream. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Decorate with a slice of mango and chill.
