Sago Cream

Ingredients
  Sago 45 Gram
  Milk 590 Milliliter
  Sugar 30 Gram
  Cream 150 Milliliter
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ratafia biscuits 30 Gram
  Pistachio nuts 10 Gram
Directions

1. Simmer the sago in milk until cooked.
2. Add sugar and cool, stirring occasionally.
3. When cold add the sherry, vanilla and slightly whipped cream.
4. Pour into a glass dish, and decorate with Ratafia biscuits and chopped nuts.
