Rollmops With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Pickled herring 12 Ounce (350 Gram, Good Quality)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter, 2/3 Cup)
Directions

Soak onion in salt water for 30 min.
Rinse, wring out, and mix with sour cream and herring cut into large pieces.
Serve chilled, as an appetizer.
