Rollmops With Sour Cream
|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Pickled herring||12 Ounce (350 Gram, Good Quality)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter, 2/3 Cup)|
Soak onion in salt water for 30 min.
Rinse, wring out, and mix with sour cream and herring cut into large pieces.
Serve chilled, as an appetizer.
