Liqueur Fruits With Mango Cream

  Mangoes 2
  Kiwi fruit 2
  Raspberries/Any other berries 250 Gram (1 Punnet)
  Grand marnier 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Passionfruit 2
For mango cream
  Mango 1
  Thick cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Peel mangoes, cut pulp from stone, then cut pulp into thick strips.
Peel kiwi fruit, cut into thick slices.
Place raspberries, mango and kiwi fruit in 6 individual serving dishes.
Sprinkle Grand Marnier over fruit, refrigerate until ready to serve.
Top fruit with Mango Cream and passionfruit.
Mango Cream: Puree, process or blend mango pulp until smooth.
Beat cream until firm peaks form, fold in mango puree.
