Beef Strips & Sour Cream Gravy
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Onion gravy mix||7⁄8 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Beef boneless sirloin steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips (About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine water, mushrooms, gravy mix, carrot, parsley, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Microwave at High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring twice.
Stir in beef strips.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 11 minutes, or until beef is tender and no longer pink, stirring twice.
Blend in sour cream.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
