Dill And Sour Cream Fish Stew

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Onions 4 , sliced
  Potato 1 , cubed
  Stalk celery 1 , sliced
  Milk 44 Fluid Ounce (5 Cups Or 1 1/4 Liter)
  Seasonings To Taste
  Boneless fish fillet 2 Pound, cut into serving size pieces (1 Kilogram)
  Sour cream 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 125 Milliliter)
  Chopped dill pickle 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in a large saucepan.
Saute onions until tender.
Add potato and celery.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Pour in milk and seasonings.
Bring to the boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add fish.
Simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream, pickle, horseradish and parsley.
Heat through gently.
Sprinkle with dill.
