Apricot Cream

Ingredients
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectionery sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (10 X Sugar)
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon (From An 8 Ounce Carton)
  Dried apricot halves 8 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

1. Chop the raisins and almonds; blend with the 10X sugar and sour cream in a small bowl.
2. Separate apricot halves; spoon a teaspoonfui of raisin mixture in each; chill.
