Bratwurst In Sour Cream's picture
  Cooked bratwurst/2 packages of 1 pound each knockwurst 24 Ounce (2 Packages, 12 Ounce Each)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apple cider 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Hot buttered noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Brown sausages well on all sides in butter or margarine in large skillet; remove sausages from skillet.
2. Saute onion slices until soft in same skillet. Stir in flour and salt; blend well. Stir in the apple cider; cook until bubbly. Return sausages to skillet; cover.
3. Lower heat and simmer sausages for 15 minutes.
4. Spoon sour cream into a small bowl; gradually blend in 1 cup of hot sauce; stir mixture back into skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is hot, but do not allow to boil.
