Whipped Cream Filling

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Teaspoon (2 Envelopes)
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White rum 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan; heat slowly until gelatin is dissolved.
Cool slightly.
Combine cream, sugar and rum; beat until stiff.
Gradually add gelatin and beat just until it holds its shape.
Chill.
