Elegant Chocolate Whipped Cream
|Chocolate||4 Ounce (semisweet)|
|Heavy whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||3 Tablespoon|
Melt broken chocolate in double boiler or in microwave oven for 2-3 minutes on medium.
Temperature of melted chocolate should be lukewarm, 110°-120°F.
Pour chocolate into large bowl.
Whip cream with sugar until it holds a shape, but is not too stiff.
Spread whipped cream over melted chocolate.
Beat vigorously with wire whip to quickly blend mixture.
(For best results you must work very fast.
The correct temperature of the chocolate is also important.) Spread whipped chocolate over cake, pie, dessert, etc.
Chill to set cream.
