Ingredients
  Skim milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cold water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Non caloric sweetener To Taste
Directions

Whip skim-milk powder and ice water in a cold bowl until fluffy and smooth.
Add lemon juice and sugar, beat until stiff.
Sweeten to taste.
