Whipped Milk Topping
|Skim milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ice cold water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Non caloric sweetener||To Taste|
Whip skim-milk powder and ice water in a cold bowl until fluffy and smooth.
Add lemon juice and sugar, beat until stiff.
Sweeten to taste.
