Veal Strips In Sour Cream
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Julienne strips of cooked pot roast/Julienne strips of cooked veal roast||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Spaghetti sauce with mushrooms||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Hot buttered noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Saute onion in butter or margarine in a large skillet; add meat and brown lightly.
2. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stir 1 cup hot mixture into sour cream in a small bowl; return to the skillet; heat slowly; do not boil.
