Veal Strips In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Julienne strips of cooked pot roast/Julienne strips of cooked veal roast 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Spaghetti sauce with mushrooms 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dairy sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Hot buttered noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Saute onion in butter or margarine in a large skillet; add meat and brown lightly.
2. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stir 1 cup hot mixture into sour cream in a small bowl; return to the skillet; heat slowly; do not boil.
