Peaches And Cream Cobbler

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 7 Tablespoon
  Fresh peaches 5 , peeled, pitted and sliced (or 1 can (1 lb. 15 oz.) sliced peaches, drained)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.
Make crust by working crust ingredients together with a fork or fingers until a soft dough forms.
Shape into a ball and press dough into the bottom of an ungreased glass or ceramic casserole dish measuring 8-inches round and 3-inches deep.
Top dough with peaches, cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
Mix together egg yolks and sour cream.
After cobbler has baked 20 minutes, pour sour cream mixture over peaches and bake another 20-25 minutes, until topping is set.
To serve, spoon from casserole onto serving plates.
Serve hot or cold.
