Hot Sausage In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Highly seasoned lean sausage 1 Pound
  Bottled chutney 8 Ounce, chopped fine (Use 1 Jar)
  Sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Commercial sour cream 8 Ounce (Use 1 Carton)
Directions

Roll sausage into bite-size balls.
Place on plastic rack in 12- x 8-inch dish.
Microwave, at HIGH 4 to 6 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes.
Transfer sausage to a chafing dish.
Combine chutney and sherry in a 4-cup glass measure.
Add sour cream.
Micro wave at MEDIUM-LOW 3 minutes.
Stir well at 1 minute intervals.
