Hot Sausage In Sour Cream
|Highly seasoned lean sausage||1 Pound|
|Bottled chutney||8 Ounce, chopped fine (Use 1 Jar)|
|Sherry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||8 Ounce (Use 1 Carton)|
Roll sausage into bite-size balls.
Place on plastic rack in 12- x 8-inch dish.
Microwave, at HIGH 4 to 6 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes.
Transfer sausage to a chafing dish.
Combine chutney and sherry in a 4-cup glass measure.
Add sour cream.
Micro wave at MEDIUM-LOW 3 minutes.
Stir well at 1 minute intervals.
