Turkey In Sour Cream
|Cooked turkey/Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into thin strips|
|Thinly sliced green onion with tops||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dill seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Assorted crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine turkey and onion.
Blend together sour cream, sherry, sugar, salt, celery seed, dill-seed, pepper, and 1/4 cup water.
Toss with turkey mixture.
Cover and chill.
Sprinkle with paprika.
