Strawberry Sour Cream Crepes

Ingredients
  Crepes 12
  Sour cream 500 Gram (2 cups)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

the crepes using the Sweet Crepe Batter or French Crepe.
Set aside.
Beat together the sour cream and sugar.
Fold in the strawberries.
Fill each crepe with the mixture and fold over.
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
