Light Whipped Cream
|Evaporated skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chilled|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain nonfat yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange liqueur||1 Tablespoon (Such As Grand Marnier Or Cointreau)|
In a chilled deep mixing bowl, beat evaporated skim milk with electric beaters for 1 to 2 minutes, or until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
Gradually add sugar, yogurt and liqueur and beat for several minutes longer, or until thickened.
