Light Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chilled
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain nonfat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Orange liqueur 1 Tablespoon (Such As Grand Marnier Or Cointreau)
Directions

In a chilled deep mixing bowl, beat evaporated skim milk with electric beaters for 1 to 2 minutes, or until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
Gradually add sugar, yogurt and liqueur and beat for several minutes longer, or until thickened.
