Sour Cream Cookies
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Seedless raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add sour cream alternately with combined soda and flour.
Stir in vanilla extract and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.
